What a fantastic shopping adventure with RockHer! It took a bit longer to arrive, but the quality and price are just unbeatable compared to what's out there! With their quick responses and excellent packing and shipping choices, I'm definitely sticking with RockHer for all my future purchases.

Exceeded my hopes! My husband got a loose diamond from RockHer to upgrade my ring for our anniversary. The company was a breeze to deal with, and the diamond came wrapped up safely! It's even more stunning than I imagined! I would surely shop with this company again!

To start off, she absolutely adores the ring! You can totally tell at first glance that this isn’t just some run-of-the-mill item. It radiates quality, and she really values that. When I introduced her to the RockHer website and how it works, she was all in on the concept! I also gotta give a shoutout to the customer service crew for their excellent communication and support during the stressful process of purchasing a ring online. I used my own diamond, and everything went off without a hitch! They even arranged for insured overnight shipping both ways, so I didn’t have to stress about sending the diamond to them. All in all, it was an amazing experience.

I can't recommend Rock Her enough when it comes to buying a diamond. Sean and Romeo really know their stuff and were super helpful in helping me find the right stone. At first, I was a bit nervous about buying a diamond without seeing it in person. Sean took the time to guide me through the decision-making process. He even sent me a video of the diamond and made sure I felt good about the purchase. He was really understanding and not pushy at all. The diamond arrived right on time and totally blew me away. The ring isn't as lovely as it looks in the picture and feels a tad misleading. I am really NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SAPPHIRE COLOR. I got it to pair with my diamond and sapphire wedding band, but the sapphires are a different shade.

I purchased a diamond from another place and had the setting done at Rockher. They provided a prepaid envelope, and the whole thing was wrapped up in just a week. The cost was fantastic, and the ring turned out gorgeous. A customer service rep assisted me throughout the entire process.

Romeo was incredibly supportive and understanding while I was choosing a custom wedding band to go with my engagement ring. I requested multiple designs, and they were sent over quickly. They supported me throughout the entire purchase, sending over extra photos and videos. When I finally received the stone in the UK...wow! I was absolutely amazed. I took it to a trusted jeweller who verified that the stone was exactly as described in the GIA certificate. I can't find a single thing to complain about. 10/10 service, 10/10 diamond!
